Shipping

All orders are shipped from our Toronto-based warehouse.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. We aim to deliver all orders within 1 to 4 business days, but for some rural areas, delivery can take over 1 week. 

Please allow 1 working day from the order date for our warehouse team to pack and dispatch your order. For orders placed on the weekend, these will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on weekends.

Ottawa Estimated: 1-2 Days	Toronto Estimated: 1-2 Days
Edmonton Estimated: 3 Days	Vancouver Estimated: 4 Days
Montreal Estimated: 1 -2 Days	Halifax Estimated: 2 Days
Winnipeg Estimated: 2 Days Last Shipping Date: 17th December	Saskatoon Estimated: 3 Days Last Shipping Date: 17th December

 

If an incorrect address is applied at checkout, there are no guarantees that this can be amended before it is dispatched. Please get in touch here immediately to see whether this is possible. We will not be able to refund any orders that are made to incorrect addresses. If you wish to get a parcel redelivered once it is returned to us, this would be subject to a $10 CAD charge.

We are not able to offer free shipping to customers based in Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador. Shipping costs for these locations will be calculated at checkout. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned order, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address. Sculpd is not responsible for lost/stolen orders that have been left in a designated safe place. We cannot post to PO Boxes.
